Just because it worked for me doesn’t mean it works for everyone.
I had very severe cystic acne and this and the regular one has helped my skin a lot. This helped keep the redness down. Dr.G sunscreen is the only sunscreen that doesn’t sting my eye or irritate it other ways. i have tried other brands but i always end up coming back to Dr. G. i love every skincare product that they produced. I honestly was expecting some greasiness, but that was not the case (thankfully)! It’s a nice, light spf that isn’t heavy at all on the skin and soaks right up. The smell isn’t too strong, and there is no white cast after a few rubs. Overall, I’m really impressed! Will definitely be recommending to others!

I wanted to like this sunscreen but as a middle aged 44 year old man, I have wrinkles and no matter how hard I tried to rub this sunscreen into my skin, it’s still left white steaks in the lines of my forehead. A fair amount of pilling too. This would work as beach sunscreen where having a white cast is more forgiven but not something I could wear to work or running errands.

it is a very good sun screen with great texture and fabulous finish, but it could be better if it had green tint color correction for those people that have uneven skin color or have redness etc….

This sunscreen doesn't burn my eyes or anything but it does leave a white cast on my skin that I have to rub in for a while before it starts to blend in. I have pretty light colored skin.

I have sensitive skin. I really wanted to use sunscreen as I'm getting older but wasn't able to because sunscreen (including those pricy high-end ones) gave me terrible breakouts and burning sensations and/or made my skin unbearably itchy. This is the only sunscreen that didn't mess up my skin. It's worth trying if you have the same issues with sunscreens.

Love it! Goes on nicely, looks like may have white cast but if apply in layers ~ no to VERY minimal cast (light/medium skin tone). Drys natural, slightly matte which I like ~ tones down any “too shiny” moisturizer underneath. Don’t wear makeup any more and looks great after dry down period. But when used to wear daily makeup ~ zero problems. This plays well with makeup. Or, if just adding layer of tinted spf sunscreen over, that works too. Dr. G been my daily base sunscreen for few years now. Use on face, neck, décolleté, back on hands, and forearms (if wearing shorter sleeved tops that day). Dr. G great for easy, daily sunscreen!

It leaves a white cast even after blending some people might like this effect people who want to look brighter skinned may enjoy this sunscreen. I’m not crazy about it though wish it went on clear. I like that it’s non scented and doesn’t break me out.
